Refund policy

If a lamp arrives damaged, we replace it free of charge. Report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and an unboxing video, at hello@daylo.in.

These lamps are made to order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
